We are proud recipients of The Institute of Classical Architecture & Art 2009 Philip Trammell Shutze Award for this house, in addition to receiving an Excellence in Preservation Award from the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. 

Atlanta’s most beloved residential landmarks, this house was designed in 1936 by the Atlanta architectural firm of Frazier & Bodin for the Nunnally family. Unfortunately, after working on a year-long renovation in 2000, a fire damaged the house disastrously. Although unsalvageable, all the original plaster ceiling mouldings served as casts for exact plaster reproductions. Ultimately the entrance hall, foyer and drawing room were restored exactly to their pre-fire appearance.
