This Mediterranean stucco house with barrel tile roof is reminiscent of the villas of Montecito California or Palm Beach Florida. The first floor features a spacious kitchen and family room; family and friends are able to mingle comfortably and to enjoy an easy access to the screened porch, loggia and pool terrace. A main floor master suite is a convenient and private retreat while the balance of the family’s bedrooms is located on the upper floor. A Pool House mirrors the loggia and overlooks the garden beyond.
