This charming structure, with board and batten siding and stone foundation, is utilized as both guest house and pool house for this Atlanta family, as well as a garage below the living area. The guest house is sited so that the main level is located with its orientation toward the garden, and the bath is located near the pool area. A wet bar and potting shed are other wonderful features of this structure.
